Description

INGENIUM is undertaking the remediation of the CSTM and Ingenium Center landscaping and
parking spaces and seeks skilled Construction Companies to provide Construction Management
(CM) services in connection with this major, multi-disciplinary project at the Canada Science and
Technology Museum, 1865 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, Ontario.

This RFP will result in the contract award to the highest ranked proponent based on the criteria.
The Successful Proponent will enter into a CCDC 5B 2010 – Construction Management Contract
for Services and Construction with INGENIUM with the option to convert

A mandatory bidders conference shall be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 at 2:00pm local time in order that Proponents fully satisfy themselves with regards to the scope of work and existing site conditions.
Where: 1867 Lancaster Road (meet at Museum’s front entrance) Ottawa (Ontario).

Confirm your attendance by emailing bids@ingeniumcanada.ca no later than January 11, 2023 4:00PM local time.
INGENIUM will not provide any further instruction or information at this site visit.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Deliver one (1) signed original and include four (4) copies for each Package/Envelope of the proposal outlined in 4.2 below. Packages/envelopes must
be sealed and must use the "Proposal Label" provided at Section J for identification. The Proposal must be presented in stapled or bound copies, clearly indicating the name of the Proposal and the Proponent.
The Proponent’s Proposal must be submitted in two separate packages/envelopes as follows:
- Package/envelope 1 shall contain the Mandatory Requirements and Rated
Requirements;
- Package/envelope 2 shall contain the Financial Proposal.

It is the Proponent's responsibility to ensure that all relevant and required information is included in the submission. Each copy will contain the information requested in this document.

Proposals sent by Fax or Other Electronic Means will not be Accepted

Proposals received on or before the stipulated Solicitation Closing Date and time will become the property of Corporation and will not be returned. All Proposals
will be treated as confidential, subject to the provision of the Access to Information and Privacy Acts.

Proposals received after the Solicitation Closing Date and Time will not be accepted and will be returned to the Proponent unopened.
