With a budget of up to $500,000, the Public Affairs and Marketing department will engage the
services of an agency of record to carry out the following promotional work for the three
museums. The work will include but is not limited to:
1. Development and execution of a multi-media marketing plan:
o Develop and support the execution of an integrated year round multi-media
marketing plan for the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, the Canada
Aviation and Space Museum and the Canada Science and Technology Museum.
This may include campaigns for major exhibitions and key programming
activities.
2. Creative development:
o Develop and manage the production of creative assets with
budget/timeline/approval milestones throughout the process following the
Agency’s brief as approved by Ingenium.
o This includes but is not limited to: creative message development, design,
photography, video production.
o Assets may include but are not limited to: print ads, out of home, digital ads,
social media ads
3. Digital media planning and execution:
o Develop and manage the development of the digital media plan across paid and
owned media with budget/timeline/approval milestones throughout the process
following the Agency’s brief as approved by Ingenium.
o Work collaboratively with Ingenium’s Communication and Marketing team,
ensuring media buys done outside the agency’s media plan are cohesive with overall
plan.
o Work collaboratively to define set pricing caps.
