1.3 Statement of Work - Deliverables
Beginning on July 1, 2022, and with a budget of up to $1.3 million for up to three (3) years, the
Digital and Public Affairs department will engage the services of an agency of record to carry
out the following promotional work for Ingenium. This amount is considered a maximum and
is not guaranteed.
The work will include but is not limited to:
1. Development and execution of integrated advertising plans:
o Develop and support the execution of integrated advertising plans to support increased museum attendance and program participation for the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum, the Canada Aviation and Space Museum and the Canada Science and Technology Museum. This may include campaigns for major exhibitions and key programming activities.
2. Development and execution of brand awareness strategies:
o Develop and support the execution of integrated strategies to build Ingenium brand awareness across the country.
o Provide national market analyses and potential target segments
3. Creative development:
o Develop and manage the production of creative assets in accordance with budget/timeline/approval milestones provided.
o This includes but is not limited to: creative message development, design, photography, video production.
o Assets may include but are not limited to: print ads, out of home, digital ads, videos, social media ads.
4. Media planning and execution:
o Develop and manage the development of the media plans across paid and owned media in accordance with budget/timeline/approval milestones provided.
o Provide post-campaign analysis report and additional reports as required.
