The intent of this process is to solicit proposals from executive search firms to recruit and fill the position of Vice President (Development) for CMLC.

CMLC is seeking a VP who is a dynamic leader, puts an emphasis on relationship building and leads by example. The Vice President of Development positions CMLC as is an innovator and industry leader across cities in North America. This person’s focus is to provide the overall vision, strategy, and leadership to all CMLC vertical and horizontal development and construction projects. The VP has a proven track record in delivering design excellence through capital assets, delivering high profile projects, managing financial budgets, and building collaborative relationships to advance a corporation’s mandate.
