Closing Date and Time: Proposals must be received not later than 14:00:59 hours Mountain
Time Zone (Calgary local time) on Thursday, February 15, 2018.
Responses to be submitted in a sealed package clearly labeled with the RFP name and the
Contact Person’s name.

Proponents shall submit two (2) printed copies and one (1) electronic copy on a USB stick to
Colliers Project Leaders as noted in Item 1 above. Electronic RFP responses are to be in PDF
(.pdf) format only and all components shall be formatted and combined into one file on the USB
stick. Electronic responses by email will not be accepted.
