Description

The intent of the Invitation to Bid (Tender) is to solicit Bids for the supply of smallwares for use in the commercial kitchen, banquet halls, and meeting rooms in the expanded BMO Centre. All items are to be commercial grade suitable for high use in a convention venue.

The full scope generally includes the following items which are detailed further in Appendix A – Bid Form and Product Specifications. Equivalent products to those specified in Appendix A may be included in bid submissions as outlined in Section 2.1.1.
• Hot Beverage Servers (Pots and Urns)
• Drip Trays
• Portable Induction Items
• Refrigerated Transport Cart
• Dishwasher Racks
• Plate Cover Dolly
Successful Bidder(s) will be required to submit detailed product data for review and approval as per section 3.3.5 below.
