RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Calgary Airport Authority seeks to implement a robust and industry standard Resource Management System (RMS) that meets current operational needs, improves our ability to optimize the use of our infrastructure, allows us to respond to unplanned changes, and improves our decision making capabilities. The system must be flexible and scalable, and a strong foundation for the future, allowing the Calgary Airport Authority to more effectively manage and optimize usage of all resources associated with airport operations.
Working closely with The Calgary Airport Authority’s team, the successful proponent will be responsible for providing all software necessary for their solution, enabling functionality within their application set to replicate current functionality, to fully configure their solution, functional demonstration, formal acceptance testing, live parallel operation and the migration of the new RMS system to production. The successful proponent will the shift to a support role as The Calgary Airport Authority configures and deploys new functionality in subsequent phases. Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to the Procurement and Contracts Office, The Calgary Airport Authority, 2000 Airport Road N.E., Calgary, Alberta, T2E 6W5 not later than 2:00 PM February 24, 2017 Calgary Time.
