Description

The Calgary Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified roofing Contractors through request for proposals. It is the intent of the Airport Authority to enter into a one (1) year firm-price contract for roof replacement in the Domestic Terminal Building.

Proposal documents may be obtained on or after Tuesday May 9th, 2017 by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority's Procurement and Contracts Office at carolynnh@yyc.com

Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to the Procurement and Contracts Office, The Calgary Airport Authority, 2000 Airport Road N.E., Calgary, Alberta, T2E 6W5 not later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday May 30, 2017.

PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING & SITE TOUR

It is highly recommended that interested contractors attend the pre-proposal meeting & site tour held on Tuesday May 16th, 2017, in the Calgary Airport Authority's Curtiss Jenny Room at 1:00 PM. Contractors are required to pre-register your attendance by emailing Carolynn Hexspoor at carolynnh@yyc.com
