Following receipt of the required document(s) and CAA ICON’s positive assessment of your company’s submissions, you will receive an e-mail from Merx that the RFP documents are ready for download.

This nRFP is to engage a Proponent to design and install upgrades to the Toronto Stadium Video Production System (“VPSYS”) in connection with the renovations being undertaken for the Toronto Stadium to host the FIFA World Cup 2026. This includes but is not limited to in-house video production, game entertainment, LED display control, CATV/IPTV control, cable routing and patching, production team communication, and other audio-visual systems as required.

Each Proponent is invited to attend an optional site walk at BMO Field in Toronto, Canada held on the date and time noted in the RFP timetable (August 7 2024). The Proponent will accept the site conditions and the requirements of the work, as is, whether this site walk is attended or not. No modifications to the Proposal will be accepted after closing of this nRFP. All Proponents are expected to understand the scope of work and the site conditions. No costs associated with attending the Site Walk will be reimbursed to any Proponent for any reason.
