A maximum of two (2) representatives from each Vendor will be permitted to attend the mandatory Proponent site meeting.
In order to gain entry to the Hospital premises, Vendors attending the Proponent site meeting must submit a signed COVID-19 Vendor Attestation, provided in Appendix 2 of the RFP, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled mandatory Proponent site meeting, to the Bid Administrator at aoldfield@mohawkmedbuy.ca
