Description

CreateTO is responsible for the comprehensive planning and future development of approximately 29.1 ha (72 acres) of land within the Allen East District (the “District”), which is located within the Downsview Area Secondary Plan. To advance the development of these lands, the Client will be proceeding in phases. Respondents should refer to Figure 1: Allen East District Phase 1 Lands, to understand the lands which are the subject of this RFP and are identified as the Phase 1 lands within the District, and which will require the submission of joint Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment applications.
