Description

Build Toronto, on behalf of CreateTO, in collaboration with TO Live is inviting submissions (“Responses”) from firms for Theatre Consulting Services (the “Theatre Consultant”) to collaborate with a team of consultants, (the “Consultant Team”) led by an architect (the “Lead Architect”) to develop an Operation and Theatre Performing Brief to support a Design Brief that will include project and design principles, a building space program and demonstration plan for the redevelopment of the existing St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts (“STLC”), located at 27 Front Street East (“Phase 1 Scope of Work”).

The Theatre Consultant will be supported by the following consultants (the “Consultant Team”), to be procured by CreateTO:

Engagement Facilitator
Architectural Lead
Heritage Consultant
Transportation Consultant
Cost Consultant
Others as required

Together the Theatre Consultant and the Consultant Team will support the engagement and process which will occur over a five (5) month period (June-October 2020).
