Toronto Port Lands Company (TPLC) on behalf of CreateTO manages over 486 acres of lands, roadways, railway and buildings leased to over 80 tenants within the Port Lands of the City, bounded by Lake Shore Boulevard East to the north, Leslie Street to the east, Cherry Street to the west and Lake Ontario to the south. As part of this role CreateTO is seeking a Contractor working directly under its management and direction to provide Life Safety Stations Inspections and Maintenance.
