CreateTO invites submissions from qualified firms that can provide Landscape Architecture Services to assist CreateTO in implementing its mandate. As part of this process, CreateTO is establishing a roster of Approved Service Providers that may be engaged to work on various projects on an “as and when required” basis. This roster will remain in place until CreateTO goes through a new Roster Qualification Process.
