Description

The City intends to add a new Fire Hall on a City-owned site located on Grenoble Drive in Toronto. It is anticipated that the new facility will consist of a single-storey fire hall, with a building footprint of approximately 10,000 square feet (~840m2). CreateTO and the City of Toronto's Fire Services division is looking for a qualified Consulting team to determine the feasibility of repurposing the above noted property to provide a new firehall, and preservation of one to four tennis courts or pickle ball courts or some combination thereof. CreateTO will work with Parks, Forestry and Recreation to identify a separate site to accommodate two tenniscourts and this will be included in the study. This project is being managed on behalf of the Toronto Fire Services.
