CreateTO, on its own behalf and on behalf of Build Toronto Inc. and City of Toronto Economic Development Corporation (the “Client”), is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for strategically developing and executing community engagement, facilitation and consultation services for various projects over a two-year period (the “Services”). CreateTO is looking for a qualified firm with the proven skills, resources and relevant experience in community engagement, facilitation and consultation to assist in strategically developing and executing community engagement, facilitation and communications projects for ModernTO, certain Phase One and Phase Two Housing Now sites, and various other projects, with work commencing over a period of two (2) years from the date of contract execution.
