Description

The City of Toronto intends to redevelop the Toronto Fire Academy located at 895 Eastern Avenue. To plan for this the project, a Needs Assessment and Feasibility Study are required. It is anticipated that the new facility will be larger than the current one due to the need for enlarged training prop facilities. An active fire station and Paramedics classroom training facility may be included in the assessment. As part of the study, the successful proponent may be requested to review the possibility of expansion to the west into lands currently occupied by Toronto Fleet Services at 843 Eastern Avenue.
