Description

Black & McDonald Limited manages projects which require having all subcontractors possess reliability
and secret security clearances at a Defence facility located in Toronto, Ontario. In order to facilitate
projects, Black & McDonald Limited will establish a list of contractors with the required Reliability level
clearances or greater in place. Black & McDonald is pre-qualifying Firms to establish a pool of capable
Subcontractors and Professional Consultants who will be invited to bid on various project opportunities
on an annual basis on behalf of Defence Construction Canada. Black &
McDonald Limited reserves the right to add or remove firms from the list as more firms obtain
clearances or others expire.
Qualified Consultants will be invited to bid on opportunities on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.

 Mechanical Systems Maintenance, Repair, and Installations
 Electrical Maintenance
 High Voltage Maintenance
 Data Room Maintenance
