3. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”), is announcing that it that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services: Writing services for Marketing, communication and corporate content.
Following the Request for Pre-qualifications #RFP-0000180317 for Writing services for Marketing, communication and corporate content, issued on July 24, 2020, BDC plans to fulfill multiple prequalified service requests, during the period of October 1st, 2021 to November 30, 2021. Documentation related to these requests will be SENT ONLY TO SUPPLIERS SELECTED DURING THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATIONS.

5. GOVERNING LAWS
This procurement process is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec. The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Document, as well as all other documents relating to this procurement process, including all notices, have been and will be drawn up in the English language only.
