Purpose of this Notice

BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services:
Review of the “Corporate Plan – Financing” model
Vendors prequalified further to the request for qualification process dated October 19, 2018 (Tender Notice for Prequalification Risk Model Validation Services – reference number 0000132927)will receive detailed tender documentation by email. They may submit their response in French or in English, at their discretion.
At the end of the selection process, BDC will negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the services. The contemplated duration of the agreement is starting on May 10th , 2021 and until the completion of the services.
