BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”), is announcing that it has completed its selection process for the following goods or services:
- Capital IQ and Aftermarket research subscription renewal

Successful supplier: S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC, 55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041
Value of the successful tender: $ 636,554.88 CAD
Date of award: October 1, 2021
If limited tendering was used, conditions and circumstances described in Article 513 that justified its use: The goods can be supplied only by a particular supplier and no reasonable alternative or substitute goods exist as the procurement is for subscriptions to newspapers, magazines, or other periodicals.
