Current solution is limiting BDC Contact Centers capacity to evolve and adapt to transformation trends such as digital.
BDC is looking to modernize the current contact center solution in order to:

Create opportunities for optimizing processes
Drive additional client acquisition and retention
Increase capacity to transform while pursuing desired growth
Enhance employee engagement and talent development

Drive efficiency

Better collect and integrate data to support business decision-making
Support OmniChannel capabilities
This Request for Information (RFI) is seeking information that will assist BDC in the prospective procurement and implementation of a modernized contact center solution to replace its current contact center solution.
