TENDER NOTICE TO PREQUALIFIED VENDORS

2. Purpose of this Notice
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (CFTA), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (EU) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following products and services:
- The leasing, installation and maintenance of postage meters, related accessories and components for BDC’s Head Office and all business centers across Canada.
Vendors prequalified further to the request for qualification process dated February 23, 2018 will receive detailed tender documentation by email. They may submit their response in French or in English, at their discretion.
At the end of the selection process, BDC will negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the services and products. The contemplated duration of the agreement is 36 months, starting on June 1st, 2018.

4. Governing Laws
This procurement process is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec. The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Document, as well as all other documents relating to this procurement process, including all notices, have been and will be drawn up in the English language only.
