Description

ServiceNow has been BDC’s Enterprise Service Management platform since 2017 and its footprint has been expanding. This generates a flow of new business needs that need to be assessed, analysed, developed and implemented.
In order to address this volume, BDC, through outsourcing, is looking for a Service Now’s certified partner who will help scale its development capabilities while working within its existing development workflows. The partner will have to be able to work in AGILE methodology.
