3. Purpose of this Notice
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for IT Onsite consulting services.
Following the Request for Pre-qualifications #DPQ-0000138753 for On-site IT Consulting Services, issued on December 11, 2018, BDC plans to fulfill, during the period of February 1 to March 31, 2022, consultant positions for which profiles are further defined below. Documentation related to these requests for consultants will be sent ONLY TO SUPPLIERS SELECTED DURING THE ABOVE MENTIONED REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION.

This procurement process is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec. The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Document, as well as all other documents relating to this procurement process, including all notices, have been and will be drawn up in the English language only.
