RFI- 0000207248 - Request For Information (RFI) FINANCIAL SPREADING TOOL SOLUTION

BDC is currently in the midst of a Digital Transformation and wishes to improve the efficiency of its loan origination process by leveraging various digital tools with the objective of providing its customers with a better overall user experience. Among the opportunities that have been prioritized, a financial spreading tool was identified. BDC expectations with this tool are to capture content of financial statements in a structured fashion, standardize the financial analysis and reuse the information rather than rekeying multiple time throughout the process.
Though the main business process of interests for a spreading tool is loan underwriting, there are other processes requiring financial data from clients that could leverage a spreading tool to gain efficiency. A spreading tool would be directly replacing current proprietary Microsoft Excel based template use by underwriters and authorizers to analyze financial positions of businesses and could potentially replace some additional process that requires rekeying as well.
