2. Purpose of this Notice
BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following products and services:
Content Management Solution (“CMS”) with Digital Asset Management (“DAM”) solution
Vendors prequalified further to the request for qualification process dated June 23, 2019, Merx Reference # 0000150839, will receive detailed tender documentation by email. They may submit their response in French or in English, at their discretion.
At the end of the selection process, BDC will negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the products and services. The contemplated duration of the agreement is 36 months, starting on January 2020.
3. Main Contacts
The person designated below is BDC’s main contact during the procurement process (“BDC Main Contact”), which includes, if any, contractual negotiations. No other individual within BDC team has the authority to respond to vendors unless indicated otherwise by BDC Main Contact.
Contacting any other BDC employee or any organization associated with BDC regarding this procurement process may result in the disqualification of the vendor.
4. Governing Laws
This procurement process is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec. The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Document, as well as all other documents relating to this procurement process, including all notices, have been and will be drawn up in the English language only.
