2. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE

BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”), is announcing that it has awarded a contract for the following services:
Client Voice Survey

Procuring entity: Business Development Bank of Canada, 5, Place Ville-Marie, Montreal (Quebec), H3B 5E7
Successful supplier: Ad hoc research
Value of the successful tender: 2,059,679
Date of award: January 19, 2021
If limited tendering was used, conditions and circumstances described in Article 513 that justified its use: Additional deliveries by the original supplier of the services that were not included in the initial procurement. A change of supplier for such additional services cannot be made for economic and technical reasons. It would cause significant inconvenience and duplication of costs for BDC.
