Purpose of this Notice

BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”), and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”) is announcing that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services:

Creative and media agency(ies)

Prequalified vendors, further to the request for qualification process dated August 2nd, 2019 RFPQ-0000157021 Creative and media agency(ies), to receive detailed tender documentation by email. They may submit their response in French or in English, at their discretion.
At the end of the selection process, BDC to negotiate with one or some prequalified vendors with the view of concluding an agreement for the provision of the services. The contemplated duration of the agreement is 36 months, with 2 optional 1 year renewals.
