The Tourism Industry Association of Prince Edward Island (TIAPEI), in its capacity as Recipient and Secretariat to the Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism (ACAT), is accepting proposals from an experienced and qualified full service paid media/advertising planning and implementation firm to execute a direct-to-consumer paid media/advertising program in the United States. Paid media/advertising planning and implementation services may also be required in the United Kingdom. In addition to paid media/advertising planning and implementation, the development of creative/content material may be required on a project-by-project basis for both the US and UK markets.
ACAT requires an innovative full service firm that can provide the following suite of services (as required) in the US market: strategic planning for traditional and non-traditional paid media/advertising campaigns, traditional and non-traditional paid media/advertising buying, campaign monitoring and evaluation, and event/promotional activities concept development, planning and implementation. Campaign tactics must be relevant to the target audiences and may include, but are not limited to, content marketing, influencer marketing and the use of social media and digital channels and/or traditional paid media channels.
Media strategy, planning and implementation may also be required in the United Kingdom.
