The AIC is seeking proposals from qualified research firms or consultants to conduct a comprehensive labour market study for professional appraisers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The study aims to provide a detailed analysis of the current and future labour market trends and dynamics, including supply and demand, skills requirements, compensation, and industry outlook.

The main objectives of the labour market study are:

Identify and assess both the current and future labour market for appraisers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Analyze wage and salary trends
Identify skill gaps and training needs
Provide recommendations to ensure an adequate supply of skilled appraisers in the future.
