Description

Strategic Resource (workforce) planning is the process of analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining targeted talent management interventions to ensure that AIMCo has the right people, with the rights skills in the right place at the right time to execute on our corporate business strategy.

AIMCo is seeking to partner with an expert(s) that specialize in Strategic Resource (workforce) planning. The Advisor(s) will design and build a strategic resource planning model/framework, job architecture, training key stakeholders (HR) and may assist in the execution ensuring appropriate tool kits are available beyond execution.

The intent is at the end of the project, AIMCo has a clear framework for future planning to ensure the AIMCo workforce has the skills, competencies and abilities needed now and, in the future, to execute on Strategic Initiatives. This will be a global program and must integrate diversity, equity and inclusion principles into the process and outcomes.
