Description

AIMCo has chosen to proceed with the implementation of the ServiceNow Enterprise Services cloud platform, replacing the existing software in use for service management. The intention is to replace the currently implemented service management functionality along with required enhancements that will establish the ServiceNow platform foundation, providing a strong established architecture platform for IT services, and the ability to incorporate other functions beyond ITSM in the future which will align with the ServiceNow ‘platform of platforms’ philosophy.
