Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) has been issued by Agricorp in order to obtain the best price for “Social Style Assessment and Team Workshop”.
Agricorp intends to award a purchase order to the successful proponent which is to not exceed $3,500.00 CAD excluding HST.
Submissions will be considered non-compliant and disqualified if the quotation exceeds the amount stated above.

Agricorp is requesting submissions from qualified companies for “Social Style Assessment and Team Workshop” who will provide the following:
• Individual social style assessment, for eight (8) employees consisting of team leads, managers and senior manager
• A team workshop to understand how to adapt to working and communicating with different styles
o Option A: half day workshop
o Option B: full day workshop
• Individual social style assessment to be delivered virtually followed by a in- person or virtual workshop two (2) weeks later
• Provide a list of available dates for the individual assessments and team workshop

Additional Bidding Instructions

Submissions must be less than 10MB in order to be received by Agricorp If the submission is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a confirmation of submission receipt has not been received within one hour prior to the closing date specified on the RFQ cover, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted as stated below.
Agricorp does not accept emails which contain Zip files. Any quotation submitted that includes a Zip file will be rejected.
Electronic delivery of submissions must be sent to Agricorp no later than February 19, 2024 - 1:00:00 PM ET to: agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com.
