Project Background
Agricorp participates in agricultural farm shows in Ontario in addition to industry conferences. Attending these events provides Agricorp with the opportunity to meet directly with customers and various other stakeholders to provide timely information on the government programs we deliver.
The successful proponent will provide service for trade show setup/teardown, storage, transportation, and production of display materials for the events Agricorp attends.
Description of Services
Agricorp is looking for a proponent who has the ability to provide a variety of trade show services such as transportation; installation, dismantling, and storage of all exhibit components, etc. (see section 3.3 for more details). The successful proponent must ensure that all elements are assembled and safely secured at each site.
Agricorp currently attends 6 (six) agriculture trade shows in southwestern and eastern Ontario; however, the successful proponent must be capable of transporting corporate displays to additional locations as required. In addition, the successful proponent must be capable of providing new exhibit materials (if required) including tables, chairs, banners, etc. The successful proponent must also have the ability to produce marketing collateral from vector files or pdf files that Agricorp will provide.
Expected Goals and Objectives
Agricorp’s attendance at various tradeshows across Ontario is important because our presence promotes awareness of the programs that we deliver. It is of critical importance that Agricorp obtain the required services from a proponent that will deliver reliable and exemplary customer service. The successful proponent must provide a key point of contact with whom Agricorp staff can communicate with directly to address any issues that may arise.
To ensure that these events run smoothly, the successful proponent must also provide efficient and reliable service for the duration of the contract. The successful proponent must have the capability to provide expertise and consultation when Agricorp looks to refresh exhibit elements.
The successful proponent must have demonstrated experience and expertise in trade show management.
