Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the
most suitable candidate to provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 services for system implementations
ranging from initiation and start up, analysis, design, configuration and development, testing and
cut over to go-live and support.
Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful
proponent starting September 2017, for one (1) year with a potential for a two (2) month
extension. Contract value not to exceed $180,000 CAD.
Please Note: Submissions with more than one candidate will be considered non-compliant and
disqualified.

Agricorp is seeking the services of a Certified Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a Certified
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configurator/Developer for its Information Technology Services (ITS)
Division.
Working with Agricorp’s development team, the candidate will be involved in the support of an
existing internal/external CRM Dynamics application as well as the administration of Microsoft
Dynamics 365, which includes the development and configuration of end-to-end functionalities
to support business requirements and solution design for the implementation.
The candidate will participate in the requirements review, design, configuration, development
and integration with plugins and other components and implementation of the final product. The
proponent will work on-site at Agricorp’s head office.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized
representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP
title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.
Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s
submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient
number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted
and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on
the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should
be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be
considered non-compliant and rejected.

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate
attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing
information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to
Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being
disqualified.
