Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their quotation signed by an authorized representative. Quotations are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFQ title, number (see RFQ cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.
Quotations must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the quotation is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a quotation has been submitted and a confirmation of quotation receipt has not been received within one hour prior to the closing date specified on the RFQ cover, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted as stated below.
Quotations must be submitted in Canadian dollars.
Agricorp does not accept emails which contain Zip files. Any quotation submitted that includes a Zip file will be rejected prior to the evaluation process.
