Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide Network Telephony Services. For the last ten (10) years Agricorp has been actively using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) technology to provide telephony services for Microsoft Teams and Mitel backend telephony platforms.

The successful proponent will provide network carrier telephony services to:
Agricorp located in Guelph, ON
Agricorp’s co-location site located in Mississauga, ON

The main goals and objectives are to:
1. Have one (1) carrier for all Agricorp’s long distance, 1-800 toll free and SIP services
2. Have resilient network design and a reliable service provider for the purpose of business continuity
3. Maintain core IP network availability at 99.99%
4. Maintain an outage period and/or denial of internet services to a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes
