This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to act as Agricorp’s Mitel Orange VAR (Value Added Reseller) and to provide related support and services.
Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent for two (2) years with the option to extend for three (3), one (1) year options. The contract value, which includes option years, is not to exceed $163,000 CAD excluding HST.
Note: Submissions in excess of the contract value will be considered non-compliant and disqualified.
Agricorp currently uses Mitel Orange technology for our PBX and Contact Center phone system. The system is used by our Call Center to provide customer support, with our business hours being from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. All Mitel Orange services are on a Windows server 2016 and 2019 edition Virtual Machine (VM) hosed on VMware vCenter 2-node cluster which is managed by Agricorp’s Help Desk team.
Agricorp’s topology comprises of two (2) sites for added redundancy:
1. Agricorp (Guelph, ON)
2. Co-location Facility (Mississauga, ON)
