Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the
most suitable proponent to provide Microsoft Support in the following areas, but not limited to:
- Microsoft SCCM (current branch)
- Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Microsoft Exchange 2013 and 2016
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Lync 2013
- Skype for Business Server 2015

Proponents may submit an hourly, bulk hour and/or annual support approach for Agricorp’s
consideration.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful
proponent for three (3) years, with two (2), one (1) year extension options. The contract ceiling
price, including optional years, is not to exceed $125,000 CAD ($25,000 CAD annually).

Additional Bidding Instructions

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate
attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing
information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to
Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being
disqualified.

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized
representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP
title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.
Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s
submission.

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be
considered non-compliant and rejected.
