Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide Microsoft Support in the following areas:

Microsoft SCCM (current branch)
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
Microsoft Exchange 2013 and 2016
Microsoft Windows 10
Microsoft Lync 2013
Skype for Business Server 2015

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful proponent for three (3) years, with one (1), two (2) year extension option. Ceiling price not to exceed $25,000 annually, including optional extension years.

Agricorp’s objective is to ensure normal production availability of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business Server. A secondary objective is to obtain subject matter expertise and services, as required, to provide support when updating/upgrading the above-mentioned products.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Note: Submissions received after the date and time specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, will be considered non-compliant and rejected.

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being disqualified.
