Description

This request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide services for the setup, configuration, development and implementation of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 business application system. Agricorp may decide to persue one (1) of the two (2) following options:

1. Proponent is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold Partner and/or Certified Microsoft
Dynamics CRM Gold Partner, or equivalent, and provides the fully functional module

2. Proponent provides Agricorp with two (2) Certified Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365
and/or Certified Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configurators/Developers to provide
the services requested

Note: Proponents may submit a proposal for one (1) or both of the above approaches for
Agricorp’s consideration.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful
proponent starting February 2017 for six (6) months, with the potential for a one (1) month
extension. Contract value not to exceed $222,000.

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s
submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient
number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted
and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on
the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should
be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Enveloppe 2 - Pricing

Directives additionelles d’appel d’offres

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate
attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing
information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to
Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being
disqualified.
