Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the
most suitable proponent to provide Information Technology (IT) advisory services and expertise
to Agricorp’s Finance and Audit Committee (FAC).

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign a contract with the successful
proponent for two (2) years, with three (3) one (1) year extension options. The contract value is
not to exceed $75,000 including the option years. Services for this contract are on an as needed
basis and may not reach the contract ceiling.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being disqualified.
