Description

This RFP has been issued by Agricorp in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide Change Management (CM) consulting services to Agricorp’s internal change management team, within the context of business process, continuous improvement, and technology changes related to the implementation of a new risk management software application.

Following an evaluation process, Agricorp intends to sign an agreement with the successful proponent. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year with an optional one (1) year extension. The estimated level of effort over the life of the contract is fifty (50) days and the total contract value is not to exceed $75,000.

Please Note: Submissions with more than one (1) candidate will be considered non-compliant and disqualified.

The successful candidate will provide coaching and support to Agricorp’s internal Change Management (CM) team during a business policy and process improvement project that is based on the implementation of the new insurance administration system.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The proponent must submit an electronic version of their proposal signed by an authorized representative. Proposals are to be prominently marked in the subject heading with the RFP title, number (see RFP cover), and the proponent’s full legal name.

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.

All pricing must be restricted to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form and submitted as a separate attachment outside of the proponent’s general proposal. Any proposal containing pricing information outside of Appendix D – Rate Bid Form may be disqualified. Any changes to Appendix D – Rate Bid Form will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being disqualified.
