All parts must be new, not refurbished, unless otherwise requested. Substitutions will not be accepted.

Please note all products listed above must be delivered to Agricorp’s head office at 1 Stone Road West, no later than March 30, 2022.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Submissions must be less than 10MB in order to be received by Agricorp If the submission is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a confirmation of submission receipt has not been received within one hour prior to the closing date specified on the RFQ cover, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted as stated below.

Agricorp does not accept emails which contain Zip files. Any quotation submitted that includes a Zip file will be rejected.

Electronic delivery of submissions must be sent to Agricorp no later than January 4, 2022 - 1:00:00 PM ET to: agricorp.purchasing@agricorp.com.
