Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by Agricorp on behalf of the Grain Financial Protection Board (GFPB) and the Livestock Financial Protection Board (LFPB) in order to identify and select the most suitable proponent to provide actuarial advisory advice and services separately to each of the Boards.

Following an evaluation process, the two (2) Boards intend to sign one (1) contract with the successful proponent for six (6) months.

The GFPB and LFPB are seeking a qualified actuary to conduct an actuarial review and provide expert
advice based on this review.

The proponent is to be knowledgeable and experienced in financial actuarial services, Ontario
Agriculture and with agency governance (resume from the vendor is to show qualifications).

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be less than 10MB in order for Agricorp to receive the proponent’s submission. If the proposal is larger than 10MB, it must be divided into a sufficient number of files such that each file is less than 10MB. If a proposal has been submitted and a confirmation of proposal receipt has not been received by 12:00 PM local time on the date specified in Section 5.0 Timelines, the Agricorp Procurement department should be contacted in accordance with Section 9.0 Contact.
