Description

ACCES offers several sector-specific programs to position Internationally Trained Professionals (ITPs) into commensurate employment that reflects the field in which they were trained or in a related field, without duplicating their existing skills and education. The goal is to support ITPs to successfully move into their profession in Canada at an accelerated pace.

Financial Services en Français is a 6-weeks, fully online-delivered bridging program that supports bilingual Francophone ITPs across Ontario in securing in-demand jobs in the financial services sector. This program includes sector-specific workshops, employment preparation, and job search support, including various job search tools. We deliver 3-4 cohorts every year.

The scope of work will consist of providing individualized pre- and post-employment supports through language and communications coaching to program participants at ACCES Employment in the Financial Services en Français program.
